People with special rights?

Hey, I was thinking of the clan I created (That is now defeated...) I allowed some of my members to have special rights... I.E. My friend Klng Dave QC was the only one allowed to insult me because he couldn't help himself XD. Why I'm asking this is I'm holding myself from saying Puns and those things... And Also would make people wanting to be more active...IDK but it's an Idea.
