What are all of the ways you can rank up?

Im still a level one (-_-) and want to know if there are more ways to rank up. I know its your squad leaders decision, but recruiting to rank up gets a little annoying, (gold team is overflowing, no offense HSA yellowispit, nothing personal.) and I also know you can rank up by using points, but that would just get me hated on and it doesnt give me that feel of "accomplishment". So please, are there any more ways to rank up in HSA? Thanks!

2. Dedicate Time to Your Squad
3. Don't ask for a rank-up
4. Post on the website and earn points to buy a rank-up in the shop
